VITM – Vietnam International Travel Mart was held on April 3-6, 2014 at Vietnam Exhibition – Fair Centre (VEFAC), Hanoi, Vietnam. The event is organized by Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA) in conjunction with Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and Hanoi People’s Committee. It’s the biggest travel mart in Vietnam with nearly 500 booths of 665 companies and organizations from 22 foreign countries. Thousands of Vietnam Tours, Outbound Tours off 20-40% were offered directly to customers at the travel mart.
Over the 4 day event, besides the B2B activities and dozens of international conferences, product and destination presentations, thousand tour packages and air tickets were sold out, making this travel mart Vietnam’s largest B2C tourism and travel market.
VITM 2014 provided opportunities for buyers to have FAM trips to discover Vietnam, build connections with local inbound operators, and thus bring more visitors to Vietnam. VITM 2014 also offered opportunities to make face-to-face contact with thousands of local trade professionals and potential travellers.
